Your right to return goods
You can return goods received within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day return period begins once you have received this information in written form (e.g. as a letter, fax or email), but not before the goods have been delivered to the recipient (not before delivery of the first shipment when the same goods are delivered in recurring shipments) and not before we have met our legal requirement to furnish information as set out in article 246, section 2, in conjunction with section 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligations as set out in section 312g, paragraph 1, sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with article 246, section 3 EGBGB. In the case of goods which cannot be posted as parcels (e.g. bulky goods), and only in this case, you may effect a return of the goods by a written request for us to take them back. Your return will be deemed to be within the 14-day time limit if you post the goods to be returned or send us the request for return within this time period. Returns are always at our risk and we always cover the cost.

Effects of returns
Where a return is effective, the goods/services or payment rendered by each party to the transaction are to be returned and any use or profit made from the goods, services or payment to be forfeited. In cases where goods are no longer in the condition in which they were delivered, or where the use or profit made from the goods cannot be forfeited in part or in full, or only in a deteriorated condition, we will require you to compensate us to the level of the value lost. In case of goods returned in a deteriorated condition, we will only require compensation for lost value where the deterioration of the goods’ condition is due to use above and beyond examination of the object and its functions. “Examination of the object and its functions” shall refer to testing and trying out the goods in question of the kind possible and usual prior to sale of goods sold in-store. Payments shall be refunded within 30 days; this period begins for you upon sending the goods or the request for us to take goods back to us, and for us upon receipt of them.
